Samsung reveals official One UI 8 update schedule

Earlier this month, a stable One UI 8 rollout schedule for Galaxy devices was leaked online. A few days ago, the Galaxy S25 series became the first to receive the stable update, while Samsung also published the full list of eligible models. Initially, the company mentioned these devices would be updated “later this year,” but a post on Samsung Korea’s community revealed that some models will get the One UI 8 stable update in October and November.

Samsung Brazil also confirmed the rollout timeline for Galaxy devices:

Galaxy S

• September 18: Galaxy S25, S25+, S25 Edge, S25 Ultra
• September 25: Galaxy S24, S24+, S24 FE, S24 Ultra
• October 2: Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 FE, S23 Ultra
• October 6: Galaxy S22, S22+, S22 Ultra
• October 16: Galaxy S21 FE

Galaxy Z

• September 25: Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6
• October 2: Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5
• October 6: Galaxy Z Fold4, Z Flip4

Galaxy A

• September 25: Galaxy A56 5G, A36 5G
• October 2: Galaxy A55 5G, A35 5G, A26, A17, A17 5G
• October 6: Galaxy A54 5G, A34 5G, A25 5G, A16 5G, A16, A15 5G

It’s worth noting that this One UI 8 stable rollout plan is currently limited to South Korea and Brazil, and timelines may vary for other regions.
