Samsung’s first triple-fold foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z TriFold, will be unveiled this week at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Gyeongju, South Korea. The event will run from October 31 to November 1.
The Galaxy Z TriFold is one of Samsung’s most ambitious projects in the foldable devices segment. Its triple-fold design offers users a wider and more flexible display experience. When fully unfolded, the device features a 10-inch OLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 16 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of internal storage.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy Z TriFold introduces revolutionary upgrades, including a 200 MP main camera and 100x optical zoom. These features enable professional photographers and content creators to capture high-quality images.
The device is expected to be priced around $2,800 and will initially be available only in South Korea, China, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. There is currently no official information regarding its release in the US and European markets.
